BeeBop Senior Care

Terms

Last updated October 9, 2026

These are the terms for using BeeBop Senior Care at beebopcare.com. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

What BeeBop Senior Care is

A tool for a family to coordinate the care of someone they look after: the care team, the schedule, the day’s tasks, and updates after each visit. It is not a medical service. Summaries written by the app describe what caregivers recorded; they are not a diagnosis or medical advice. It is not for emergencies: call 911.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a code we text you. Keep your phone secure, as anyone with it can sign in as you. The family member who sets up a care team manages it: who is on it and what it holds.

What you agree to

Text messages

BeeBop Senior Care sends invite texts when you’re added to a care team, and texts telling family members a visit update is ready. How often depends on the care schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. More in Text messages.

Your information

What we keep and who sees it is set out in our privacy policy. The information a family enters belongs to them; we use it only to run the app.

The service

We work to keep BeeBop Senior Care available and accurate, but it’s provided as is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Don’t rely on it as the only record of someone’s care. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from using it. We may change or end the service, and will give families notice before ending it so they can keep what they need.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell the families using the app.
